Yes! You can set your order to repeat weekly, biweekly, or monthly and lock in your delivery time slot. You can pause, edit, or cancel at any time—no commitments.
What if I only want to order once?
Totally fine. You can build a one-time basket whenever you’d like. No subscriptions required.
How is the food packaged and delivered?
Everything is packed fresh and cold in insulated, eco-friendly materials and delivered directly to your doorstep at your scheduled time.
Where do you source the products?
We source our products from a mix of trusted suppliers—including local farmers markets, Whole Foods, and Erewhon. We actively seek out local farms and small brands that align with our ingredient standards and prioritize transparency, sustainability, and responsible sourcing.
Whether it's pasture-raised meat, seasonal produce, or clean-label pantry staples, every item is hand-selected to support your health and the people doing it right.
Is everything organic?
We prioritize organic ingredients across all categories. All meat, vegetables, dairy, and pantry staples are 100% organic or regeneratively sourced. A few fruit items may not be available in organic form year-round—we’ll always be transparent about that in the product listing.
How do I know the products meet your standards?
Every item we offer is filtered through our strict Simple Sustenance ingredient standards. That means:

Can I customize my basket?
Yes! Our Basket Builders are designed for full customization. Choose exactly what you want—by item, type, or category. Or go with a curated Simple Box if you want something ready to go.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, all orders must meet a $50 minimum. We do not offer free delivery, but if you sign up for a membership, you’ll receive no delivery fees—ever.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. After that, your basket may already be packed and en route.
